I ordered a bed for my son two weeks before he was going to move in.The bed was not even in the warehouse on the day he moved in.
But the store manager didn't even know that. He had no idea where it was on the day my son moved in. It took another week of calling every day and complaining to finally get the bed THREE weeks after it was ordered. Their customer service is a recording telling you to leave a message These people have no idea what they are doing.
Promises, promises, and poor results.Hopefully the bed is not a piece of ***.
